I'm an eMusic artist or label. Can my web site be an eMusic.com Affiliate? |
Yes! What better way to sell more copies of your music than by linking your site directly to a downloadable music site? If you are an artist or label web site, you can sell your products directly to your web site visitors using your own ordering and fulfillment systems. For other available music, you can link to eMusic.com. We only ask that you make it clear to your visitors which music they will be buying from you and which music they will be buying from eMusic.com. |

I don't have a web site yet. Can I apply to be an Affiliate anyway? | |
Unfortunately, no. In order for us to process your application, your web site must be live so that we can review it. |
It's easy. Once your application is accepted you are provided access to links through Commission Junction. To get links just log in to your Commission Junction account and click on the “Get Links” tab. Next, pick out the link you would like to post on your site and click “Get HTML” under the “Actions” column. This will provide you with the proper HTML to include on your site. |
You set up as many links as you'd like to eMusic.com, in the way that works best for your site. We do ask that you place links on your site in a timely fashion. We invite you to link to just about anything on our site, including specific Genres, Labels, Artists, and Albums. |

I operate more than one web site. Can you track them separately but pay me with one commission check? |
You do not need to submit URLs (or pages) within the same site or domain. If you do not want to separate reports for separate sites, you can use the same code on all sites. If you would like to get separate reports for each site, send the names and URLs to affiliates@emusic.com with "Track Separately" in the subject and we will add them to your profile. Then you will be able to create links specifically for each site and get separate reports under one account. |
You will be paid monthly; the first month period starts on the date you are accepted into the network. If your commission and/or bounty for any month is less than $25, the total amount of the commission and/or bounty will be carried to the next month. Once the commission and/or bounty passes $25, a check will be sent to you at the end of the month for the complete amount owed to you up until the end of that month. |
We offer online reports on Commission Junction that are updated daily. These reports include your sites total impressions, clicks, and commissions earned among other useful statistics. You will be able to access these reports and use the information to make your site more profitable. |

Can I give my web site developers access to Commission Junction to create links and retrieve content but not see reports? |
Yes. Please provide us with the names and email addresses of the individuals whom you would like to have access only to tools and content on Commission Junction and a special permission level will be set up for them. |
