A FINE PAL JOEY

This is a fine accounting of PAL JOEY with Patti Lupone and Peter Gallagher approaching their songs with great style. In the Pal Joey canon, I must admit to prefering the Sian Phillips and the Harold Lang recordings - but all three albums are excellent. A must for Lupone fans!

One of the best revival of the show. Miss Lupone is a wonderful Vera, all the cast is great and the orchestration very fine. This cd include also a wonderfull song cut from the original production (I'm talking to my pal)
