What It Sounds Like
As you would guess, it's about the attempted censorship of the Frankenchrist album and the subsequent trial. The devils are in the details, such as the police officer who lied on the stand, under oath, about such basic matters as the number of cops who were present for the initial raid on Biafra's home (apparently this took nine cops but later they claimed there were only two) who broke in but later claimed Biafra invited them inside. You may learn some interesting things about how the legal system works (or doesn't work); the charges carried a fine of $2000 but fighting them in court cost $80,000. And that even though Biafra's attorney took the case for expenses only because he was tired of moral crusaders attacking the First Amendment. Money and plain old dumb luck have a LOT to do with the outcome of a trial; this is an entertaining and informative listen, although probably not something you'll want to hear over and over again.
