I really enjoy listening to this while working on creative projects. My creativity focuses with the soothing music and HemiSync waves. I've listened to some HemiSync that lacked good music; This has a very pleasing composition making it easy to work too.
Whenever I feel like punching my co-worker in the face for being obnoxious, I just pop this in and after a few moments the feeling goes away. It really helps me concentrate on what I am doing and it also blocks out the aforementioned co-worker. Hemi-Sync frequencies aren't everyone's cup o' tea, but it works for me.
