I got this track right after I got back from Paradise Island in the Bahamas, and I'm telling you that it sounds JUST like the ocean sounded from my room every night when I slept with the balcony door open. I now sleep to it all the time and I feel absolutely transported.
I think this sounds more like being near the ocean than the "ocean waves" cd. This cd is far more relaxing, and brings up sweet memories of nights and mornings on the coast.
Underwater cave? Not for me. It feels more like I am sitting on an isolated island's cove where the ocean is rhythmically, gently hitting the rocks below and up under my seat. Very effective indeed! This will also spur more dreams while you sleep.
