As a background for the office, this is unbeaten. Gentle stream with birds provides unobtrusive noise to block out other distracting noises. Heck, put it in the bathroom and pretend you're camping out while you're shaving.

Another great find! This is beautiful. No music, just nature sounds. Gently flowing water with the birds talking in the back ground. My favorite use of this site is for these nature cd's. I can't say enough about it; just be sure to select one download per session if you happen to be on dial-up still.
