Poetry Influences and Acoustic Renditions
This is just Brad and Murrie and a stage full of guitars. Murrie does duty as as a rythm guitarist, high harmony stand in for Elen Reid, and character foil for Brads exentric and increasingly extravigant ravings. Elen herself is shooting what would later become the Crash Test Dood vhs. Brad is becoming an obnoctious drunk by the end of the two hour set. He's in perfect form for the poem about circomcision which is a hilarious rave about the dammage circomcision does to male sensativity. The songs are a mixture of dummies classics and diverse covers from Johnny Cash, Britnie Speares, R Kelley, and others. The covers are completely ir-reverenced. My cd edition has no artifact in the audio, so that is probably an encoding error. It was great to find this here. I hope fans of great solo acoustic performances evrywhere will be inspired to grab this one up.
