Very Low bit rate
It's disappointing to discover, once bought, that some of these pieces are as low as 126kbps - why does emusic use such low quality? I think you should tell us the sample rate of each track so that we can choose before purchasing. I've seen reviews mention this elsewhere too, but I'm not aware of any changes on the part of emusic.
