Nice
If you like Chantal Kreviazuk and other women artists like that you will like Melissa McClelland. I first heard Factory and was hooked.

I came to this album after having heard and fallen in love with Thumbelina's One Night Stand, and to be honest was mildly disappointed at first. While McClelland's voice is inarguably pristine, it is almost lost on somewhat generic-sounding pop songs like "Pretty Blue" and "Jaded". However, after a few listens my opinion changed. The album gets more interesting with folk experiments like "Glimpse into Hell" and even starts to rock out with the anthem-like "White Lies (Stranded in Suburbia)". And her rendition of Springsteen's "Factory" has a bluesy rock edge that does the Boss justice. All in all a diverse and punchy album that hints at the potential McClelland fulfills in her later work.
So I'm sitting here listening to this trying to work my way through a bad translation of Plato for school and I realize I haven't typed anything in my paper for about 35 minutes, which is right about the time this came up in my iTunes playlist. Wow. I'm glad I'm not driving! Great voice, good lyrics, surprising cover of Springsteen's "Factory" that had me from the first note.
