Unlikely brothers make an unexpected treat
These two pioneers of inspirational music met and were each surprised to find that the other admired his music. They wanted to work together and had the idea that JMT would perform Michael's songs and vice versa. When they got into the studio, however, they ended up collaborating on most/all of the tracks! The end result is spectacular. The whole experience is excellent but the first 5 tracks are the most powerful. "One Faith" features JMT, Michael and their friends Phil Keaggy and Wes King... all playing acoustic guitar! "Come Worship The Lord" is without peer - absolutely one of the finest tracks ever recorded (I'm dead serious). Songs like "Glory To Thee" is refreshingly light-hearted. "Advent Suite" is intense and adventurous. "Healer Of My Soul" is another standout. I wish that they had dueted on "Why" with one singing the questions and the other singing the answers. That is my only complaint.
