Pure Nostalgia
For those of us of a "certain age" this is pure nostalgia. I had most of this material on vinyl; now I can carry it around on my mp3. Wonderful.
It's The Music That Makes It
Leroy Anderson's music is well known all over the world, everyone recognizes at least one of his songs, but yet, few know his name(e.g. Blue Tango & Syncopated Clock). Original and always tuneful, he should be better known. This recording does not have the sparkle that others have-there are better recordings, but, for the price, this is nice.
