Here we have the problem
The 30 second grab is completely unsuited to the electronic music genre. Tracks are often so long form and can take so long to reveal a new idea, that 30 seconds will often give you a vague idea of the sound pallette and nothing more. The problem is further compounded here by a thoughtless grab. It's 29.5 seconds of straight oomp-siss, then at the moment it starts to go somewhere it cuts out. Useless.
