Right On!
They remind me A LOT of The Black Crowes, but that's a good thing. This is an excellent album, and a big improvement over the first album IMO. Talkingship tested, Talkingship approved!

with an american accent? i liked the free track
I get a real early stones vibe from these guys, but they're not a knock-off. They're definitely their own band. Well produced, too. Great guitar tone, piano, driving drums. All around good ole rock-n-roll jams. Easy to like, hard to forget.
man this is fun stuff. man i wanna get on a harley and rock to these tunes and i can't even ride a bike its so good. this is hard rock that makes you scream "oh yeaah" after a day of getting screwed over by "the man" a guy's rock album fo' sure!
I actually don't give a hoot about what most people consider originality. Mostly it means noisy junk. The Brought Low play classic rock n' roll and aren't interested in being trendy, hip or fancy. They'd rather be honest and real. For people who miss rock n' roll without pretense.
Not really original or creative by any means, but play pretty tight. They make me think of a band you don't pay a cover to see, playing in some dive bar on the outskirts of town. They're nothing to write home about, but you'll stay around and finish your beer.
Stones meet Skynard. Skynard wins.
The James Gang for the new millenium. Great straight ahead rock with a heavy 70's vibe. We'll meet behind the gym during free period and smoke a bowl. Hell yeah!
