The whole album is magical
This is an amazing record! It is half experimental Wilco, half rocking country. Shuyler Jansen's voice is so clear and in its own way haunting and lucid. Listen for guests Mike Caldwell (the smalls) as well as Corb Lund (the smalls, the Corb Lund band). Some of the highlights, for me, are: Must've Been the Devil, Broke Down Poor, and Show Me to the Bar. That said those tracks are only a start, this is the kind of album that the entirety is really where the magic is.
