One for the die hard Mill's fans.

soundwave

A daring live experiment by Mill’s which is pulled off really well on most tracks and proves that not all techno is mindless noise. Hearing the crowd go wild when they recognise The Bell’s played with real bells really puts a smile on your face. Kinda reminds me of that classical fusion album by Metallica where some tracks work better than others and a few are simply amazing which is also the same here. One for the die hard Mills fans but techno bods looking for an insight to his work would best start elsewhere first.

Misadventurous maestro

containerdriver

If you were Jeff Mills and you had the opportunity you would, would'nt you? But does that make it right? Interesting premise, probably misguided.

er....

Millsy needs to get out there and buy some new records, go to a club and play them. This is the sound of a dj bored with his craft...

STRINGS OF GENIUS!!!

Brilliant..Techno-master Jeff Mills with liner notes and Montpellier Phil.Orchestra, the result "Good music is good music",don't mind if techno or classical,it's just good music. But i agree with Alexk from Montpellier"This work may not be in taste for anybody"

Nice mix

alexk

It is "Montpellier" with two "l", look at my city name ! :-) Strange mix between a philharmonic orchestra and a dj and the result is not bad but it may not be in taste of anybody
