So glad
I saw these guys back in march, and forgot all about them. Man am I dissapointed to have missed out for so long.

The remnants of Absinthe Blind band together and delve further from shoegazing into the realm of indie pop with hints of orchestral (using a grand piano rather than keyboard), electronic, and even a dose of New Wave texture. I love it!
Just listened to the clips now at work, I can't wait to get and download it. Reminds a lot of Immaculate Machine, so is a definate for fans of any of the million bands related with the new pornographers, of course K.T.W.K isn't as far as know, but it sure sounds like they should be.
Kill Them With Kindness, methinks, has been the sole entirety of my playlist since I downloaded it (recently). It's mellow and rockin' and jammerific. It holds onto melody and hooky-poppiness despite all the orchestral gloom, buttah-smooth vocals, and other elements that, on paper, threaten with a lackluster listening. Instead, the final product is fun, beautiful, poppy, sweet (totally sweet). In my opinion, the first 3 songs are the best, but the entire album is great. If you're completely crazed/unsure, try TV. It's been headstuck in me all day.
