Catches the Essense of the Southwest for me
I never listened to New Age music before or much after hearing "Sacred Fire" in 1998. I'm a real cowboy involved in saving as many wild mustangs as was possible then. So I know what it's like to drop the reins & ride at full gallop on one. It's a thrill you never forget. Sacred Fire rekindles that thrill for me wherever I am. I guess I have listened to it countless times in the past 12 years. I'm to old and broken down to ride anymore but a sampling of the tracks in "Passion in My Heart" feels the same way "Sacred Fire" did in 1998 for me. Somehow I can't help but to feel Mr. Gunn has dropped a set reins in his life as well...
