Bland
Rather bland but pleasant enough wallpaper music. Most of the remixes just sound by-the-numbers, so to speak. Exceptions are perhaps the Shrift, CWL, and John Beltran remixes, which at least attempt to transform the moods of the originals...
Excellent Mood Music
Love the vibe of this album. Legendary Jazz vocalists / musicians represented in a differnet style without loosing the character and style of the original. Remixed is the key word here folks. I dig it.
