Quite Nice

Trixie.in.Dixie

I feel sorry for the person who had nothing nice to say about this one - I think it's lovely, smooth, and quite groovy. It's lounge music, and in case you aren't familiar with the genre, this is what it sounds like. I say download and enjoy!

This has to be the dumbest concept in house music ever. "I know, let's take the lamest, sappiest house music in our catalog, add some chimes and bells, and re-release it as Chistmas music." Particularly insipid is Kaskade's Peace on Earth - a broken beat nightmare that is barely tolerable. No fan of true house music would download this garbage at gunpoint. Nightclub music and a sacred holy day like Christmas should have no association with one another, and this album serves as yet another example of the self-importantance and audacity of most DJs and producers. What's next? The Resurrection mash-up or the Passover lounge? Idiots.

Awesome Creativity

This album is a must! A nice variation from so much of the hum-drum holiday stuff out there.
