Sweet boy vocals and lyrics that will remind you of Ben Gibbard (Death Cab for Cutie). But lacking all substance. Friendly at their live shows, but nothing special. The bassist and drummer have their own band El Ten Eleven which did one of the best "post-rock" album in years. They're powerful. Luckily, they're also available on emusic.
the incredible Moses Leroy resurfaces like a Phoneix with a more layerd pop sound. Excellent!
Here's our first look at the Softlightes. This is a great little EP. It gives us the first glimps of a beautiful up and coming band. The Softlightes mix radio friendly pop with never ending vocal lines that you will keep you singing all day. They capture your heart with happy little licks. I strongly suggest getting this EP.
