The sign of a truly great album I judge to be not just that you cant stop playing it for weeks after you bought it but that years later you still love it and play it regularly and this is exactly the case with this album. The songs are truly memmorable and whats also amazing is that normally you have a clear favourite or 2 but I honestly find I love playing all the tracks.Their best album by far.

Continuing the softer sound of Moving Target, Paradox is simply brilliant. It has to be listened to from start to finish to be appreciated, since it works so well as an album. Royal Hunt’s always strong backing vocals are even better on Paradox, and the performance is stunning. “Message to God,” “Long Way Home,” and “It’s Over” are the best songs, but the transition from “Silent Scream” to “It’s Over” is the best moment on this Royal Hunt masterpiece. – David White
