Love the Band, but Not the Album
I am sure there are those fans out there who know exactly what this album represents in terms of it's existence but I only know what it sounds like. It sounds like a collection of songs from the early LPD/KaSpel period that were rejected from the albums being produced at that time. Rejected because they weren't top quality. There are some good moments here, nothing too great though. Many songs are just not worth your time considering the extensive library of other available tracks from the same artist. I'd rank this as my least favorite collection in the catalog, and I have heard almost everything save 3 or 4 albums by Kaspel and LPD. However, if you like your gothic music with a strong sense of childlike melodrama, lo-fi electronics, and a marked lack of conceptual subtlety, you'll probably love this one. Still better from an artistic point of view than 90% of what fills the racks at your local music store.
