great for babies
this was a life saver for my son, when he was tiny, he would only sleep with this album playing in the background... download it, burn a couple of disks and give the best baby present ever!!!

Rain, Rain Don't go away
This is a realistic rainshower unlike many computor generated ones. It sound like a rain shower out in the forest or mountains. If you have ever been camping during a rain storm not thunderstorm this will bring back some memories. Hopefully just good one! Rocky Mountain or Smoky Mountain rain?
Inside & Out?
Everywhere I have lived has had massive amounts of rain. Would sound much more realistic/relaxing if the window wasn't open and the rain wasn't so loud (even with the vol turned down).
Great for Tinnitus/Hyperacusis
This is a very good ambient sound track for anyone out there trying to block out the Tinnitus sounds when trying to fall asleep. It's a plus if you suffer from Hyperacusis too since there are no sudden loud sounds like thunder or in ocean tracks, sea gulls or fog horns.

Some nights I find it difficult to fall asleep after a stress filled day. Listening to the Absolute Sleep Music track quickly relaxes me so that I can get a good night’s sleep.
Perfect Rain
This is perfect for what it does, gentle rain sound which seems very realistic (as opposed to synthesized). No thunder or other distracting sounds, consistent volume. This is far better than "sound machines" that I've heard.
It's very effective
A very effective a nice 74 minutes of relaxing rain. Rather than purchasing an expensive sound machine that limits my choices, I instead use a nice table-top with CD and play this. Well before the half-way mark I am gone! Note, this is a 134MB download.
