I memorized this silly album in high school and tortured all my friends/& wife with it for years and still quote parts of it at least weekly. I owe my wide-open sense of humor to this album, as well as all of Richard Pryor's and Cheech & Chong's and George Carlin's 1970's albums. If you've never heard this before and you like the other comedians I've listed you are in for a real treat!
Absolutely hilarious. Brings back memories. Still have the vinyl version. Great to find the digital format.
Gems. Off the wall, but gems. Period. And "SteakMan" hasn't got the slightest clue.
I bought this piece of vinyl when it came out, and am so happy to find it in a digital format.
Best track: Bill Murray as a Bass Player. Classic.
Though the memory seems to magnify things over time this is still pretty funny. I still get a kick from the Mr Rogers takeoffs (Mr Roberts) Oh damn someone stole my sneakers. "National Lampoon includes: Bill Murray, Brian Doyle-Murray, Christopher Guest, Larraine Newman, Richard Belzer, Paul Schaffer."
Not Funny, Not even close to sick. I don't think I laughed out loud more than twice. Not worth it unless you are a collector.
We listened to this thing over and over and over again... It still makes me laugh. It's the reason most "shock" "comedy" of today makes me yawn...
