this album has good melodies and personal, non-generic lyrics... it doesn't get much better than this. this is about as perfect as an album can get!

Not as good as disconnect/reconnect

The pop-heavy synthpop flavor offered by disconnect had me hooked for a while. I expected the same from later works but only found awakening to have SOME of the same tunes, the others were nothing like Disconnect/Reconnect. This album is good for what its worth, mainly Unknown and Sentimental scar.

Good with at least one classic

This would be almost worth it simply for Unknown which has to be something of a modern classic. But songs like Sentimental Scar and Vacant are almost equally good.

This album didn't hook me quite as quickly as Disconnect, but some of the tracks are just as good, so maybe it's a case of needing repeated listening. I particularly enjoyed the tracks 'When I'm Not Around', 'Sorrow Expert' and 'Wait Move On'.

Besides the fact that pretty much every Iris song made is great...Your the Answer, When I'm Not Around, and Unknown are three amazing songs!!! So at least take a look at those if not all. Enjoy!!!:):):):):):):):):):):0
