Liquid Mind VIII:Sleep

blove6

I've never been disappointed with Liquid Mind, and Sleep is no exception. I consider it "heavy meditation" or "serious meditation. Most music of this genre is either too bouncy, too frilly, to flakey to really go into deep meditation. Sleep, on the other hand, pulls the listener in deeper and deeper. The listener can actually make it to another place with Sleep, unlike most "meditation" music.

Beautiful

Whenever I feel a "meltdown" coming on I listen to this, and it is also great for a good deep sleep.

not just for sleeping

This album is the first of its kind that I've ever purchased. I found that in addition to being perfect sleep music it also helps me to tune out noise during my hour long commute (by bus) to & from work each day. I can listen to this & read at the same time and can tune out the cell phone conversations, people who insist on sitting several seats away from friends and yelling at them across the aisle, the noise of traffic outside and anything else that's going on.

Too sleepy to notice....

..that "Night Light" is actually "Adagio for Sleep". "Night Light 2" is "Breathe in Me". So when tracks 7 and 8 are played in the correct order, this gives you "Night Light 1&2". I figured this out by comparing with the track listing on CDBaby. Quite annoying really.

I put this on every night at bedtime.

I've never gotten farther than Track 3. So get comfortable, turn down the lights, dab some lavender oil on your neck, put this on and just... zzzzz.

Still great after all these years ...

I've been using and loving Liquid Mind's music for massage sessions for over 10 years and Sleep ranks high among his best. I love this album.

Split tracks

EMUSIC-01222A6C

Just to say: in Rhapsody and iTunes the tracks are also split. They charge $ 0.99 for each track and $ 7.99 (Rhapsody) and $ 9.90 (iTunes) for the complete album with "10" tracks.

Nice ambient

I give to this album 4 points to all songs, It's very good for meditation and relaxing. Too bad Emusic split the songs for more credits, They did that to all Liquid minds albums. Still worth downloading.

Shame on you!

Why are you screwing people by splitting tracks that are single tracks on the "CD" into 2 or three tracks to use more credits?
