I've been anticipating a new vladislav delay album for a long time, especially since I was disappointed by his 2005 release 'The Four Quarters' and a performance with AGF the same year in Paris. 'Whistleblower' is an even greater disappointment, eventhough the title accurately addresses a nostalgia for his previous work. The unique 'vladislav' sound IS the content: the music sits in the same region and never really develops. 'Entain' or 'Anima' are worthy of your download credits, don't bother with this however.

For the Delay lovers this record will make you as happy as his previous fantastic records, as they say in french "Que du Bonheur". Vladislav Delay goes back to his trademark sounds and explores yet other landscapes. For those not familiar with his music, start by downloading "I saw a Polysexual" and see for yourself ..... If you like this and would like more upbeat music check his others works as Luomo, or his collaboration with AGF with The Dolls.
