Orchestra Baobab
Track 10 is by Orchestra Baobab, from the 1993 'Bamba', which is available on eMusic. The band re-recorded the track in 2002 as 'Bul Ma Miin' for the superb album 'Specialists in All Styles', which is not yet available on eMusic. I was lucky enough to see them at this time in, of all places, Basingstoke UK, where they were supported by a devastating acoustic set by Papa and Cheikh - what a night that was...

Yes Africa is a Continent... Thank you Emusic for this Free excellent CD offering..There are many top african artists on the list and the overall music top notch..If you are new to African music definetly give it a listen..remember it represents music from the Senegal region, Africa is a large country with great diversity in music..This disc represents Afro.pop ,African folk and Afro-Latin(Africando a excellent group)..Listen and enjoy some new music.
