The Canadian band Rock Plaza Central are odd, obtuse and undeniably winning. Their cockeyed songs combine broad folk strumming, beat-up brass and low, rolling piano in strikingly atypical ways. This eMusic exclusive live set was recorded at the Urban Outfitters in downtown Austin during the 2007 South by Southwest festival.
