Different singer on "I Ran"?
It could be the original singer singing the song at a (much) later time, but it sounds like a completely different person.

Try them before you download, but some of the covers are pretty good.
Hit and miss - such is Cleopatra...
Get an clue people. Tainted Love wasn't a hit for Ambra Red. Many of these are covers of the original hits. And for those people are looking for something different it could be something great. If you're looking for the original tracks though... it's hit and miss. Listen first!
Cleopatra Records = Beware!
Cleopatra Records = Beware! Once again, Cleopatra packages a bunch of nearly random songs--some good, some not--and puts it out for the casual, unsuspecting buyer. If you dig you can find some gems, but caveat emptor, babe. But by no stretch of the imagination was Tiffany ever "New Wave". Rather than blame eMusic for the garbage, one should aim their sites at Cleopatra and their deceptive practices.

.... just checked "I ran", downloaded it, because you can't hear them singing at the first 30 sec's... not the original from the 80ies.

There are a few originals... be sure to listen to te track and compare it to itunes or something first. That is what I do.. Originals are Flashdance, Kids in America, I thnk were alone now, bette davis eyes. Some are origianls others are not, be sure to listen.
