Finally won me over
My wife has been a huge fan of Waterdeep for years. It took me a while to come around to even remotely liking them. There was a turning point two years ago when we went to their "farewell" show in Kansas City. How could you not be impressed by a band that can play with so much energy for a 5 hour show??? Anyway, this latest album (the comeback, I guess) is the first one I really liked right off the bat. Maybe it just seems like there's more quiet confidence and vulnerability now.

But truly, this album is excellent. The songs are memorable and the music just has a great vibe. Perfect for this stage of their careers.
