Jimmie Rogers--the Peer recording sessions 1927-33

pacmeister

This is a great collection exhibiting all of Roger's styles and bands. Louis Armstrong on the Mystery of Number Five is a classic. Plenty of yodeling, strumming, picking and slide guitar throughout this 5 CD set. Two days after the sessions were completed, TB took him away.
