Really Good
best taken with medication, in a dark room, playing Silent Hill. On Halloween.

This isn't a consistently great album, but it really hits hard when it hits.
Great blend of noise dream pop
Wonderful mix of ambient, dream pop and noise pop. At times haunting, others abrasive. Great atmospheric record.
new favorite
I think this is becoming a new favorite of mine! Strange noises and hazy ambiences replace much of what would have been musical instruments if this were a different band. Great ethereal girl vocs. Just my type of thing. Try "Lovers & Liars", "With Brass Songs They'll Descend".

Kranky's great skill is escapology; it's practically defined by its ability to evade definition.
