The downtempo remixes are creative, moody, and keep the spirit of the originals, while the uptempo techno and house versions just seem to be unworkable hybrids of styles...
I'm a fan of Flunk, and remix albums can sometimes be fun. There are a few good "re-imaginings" on this album, but many of the tracks are either not that far off the album, or pair up Flunk's vocal style with some aggressive techno, which didn't really work for me. Here are the tracks that I like: 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 16
