I like the "live in the studio" sound and once you listen to the intros of the songs get yourself a copy of Audacity and simply edit it out. Love the music sick of the whiney babies who complain. This is definitely NOT the type of music I normally enjoy, but I've got to say, I really like all of these except "Falling In".
Snagged all five. The group's other songs available on eMusic are worth a listen, too.

I agree with everyone that can't find todays well known American music. I want my money back, too!!!
I too think the intros give an intimate feeling and tell you more about the band, but I also found a way to skip them routinely if you don't want to listen to them. If you use iTunes as your player, you can change the settings for the song to tell it to always start playing 35 seconds in (or whatever time you choose). Highlight the song, Go to "Get Info", and "Options," and there will be a box asking you when you'd like the song to begin playing. "Problem" solved. Anyway, I apprecuate the HearYa efforts to bring us free music -- I liked Tracks 4 and 5 from this album.
Some good FREE music to expand our musical world and people bother to complain? Be quiet and think about what HearYa is trying to do for all music lovers and be GRATEFUL...Some people tend to think negatively - but there is too much negative energy already in this world. Yes I like the few seconds of intro's gives you insight to a new bands thinking and development..for those complaining..get the pole's out of your butts..It's free!!...man, give these guys a break, they are trying to bring you some new rock and roll..and its some good stuff.The intros gives you a intimate feeling..don't worry that's it's not perfect for your iPods.geeesh.
This is a really good band that I've just recently started listening to. Would I rather the intros be seperated out? Yes, but that's no reason to not download some great free tracks.
