Very good.
This deserves more profile that it seems to have - very enjoyable. It has an ambient side but also a dash of driving urgency that keeps resurfacing and giving energy to the whole.

i let this album grow on me over a week or so. though not earth shattering, the songs will seep into you and prove themselves very memorable over time. its use of varied instrumentation is nice over most guitar based post rock bands.
A surprisingly well produced chamber/post rock album. Songs seem to be developed around simple and subtle "themes" rather than verse-chorus type structures, and none of the songs sound too alike or get redundant. The focus is obviously on textures and ambience, but Glowworm still maintains a rock band feel. A definite gain for the post rock loving community, and one of my favorites of 2008 so far.
