North American Cousin of the Concretes
I'm not sure if it's just me or the mood i'm in right now, but this band reminds me of the Concretes with a North American twist. Canadian to be exact. The band's MySpace says that they are from Oklahoma City, though. Not a sound I would expect from OK. But, hey whatever! It's still good stuff. If you are into quirky Swedish or Canadian Indie Pop bands, then this my friend might be up your alley. I took just one listen to samples and downloaded the whole thing without disappointment. I suggest you do the same.
