Raindrops gliding down the windowpane
Tomasz Bednarczyk has created the most heart-stoppingly gorgeous set of ambient tone poems imaginable with this release. It may sound hokey to say it, but if the idea appeals to you of once in a while immersing yourself in the kind of soul-stirring quietude that makes you think of raindrops lashing your windowpane on a stay-inside gray day, this is as good as gets. Utterly stunning soundscapes fusing delicate piano figures over top of swells and swales of light gray-toned glitch. Quite possibly the most authentically 'romantic' music ever recorded. Beautiful.
