Another lush, haunting release from Twine, blending eerie atmospherics with brittle, dreamlike guitars. Where most other acts on the Ghostly imprint edge toward the dance floor, Twine is happy to stand saucer-eyed in the corner, beholden to weird visions no one else can see. It's uniquely, sublimely unsettling, a marvelous fever dream of an album that both haunts and hypnotizes.
