Feel better about humanity
Sappy? You bet. But I never fail to feel better after listening to it. Clever lyrics, hummable melodies and perfect harmonies.
Amazing, heartbreaking soft rock
This is some of the Weepies' best work, but all of their stuff is great. Check out "All That I Want" or "Vegas Baby" and you'll be converted.

First found this lot on the sound track of "One Tree Hill" - Track called "World spins madly on" and was hooked. So great to find more...
Pleasantly surprised...
I wasn't expecting anything too wonderful when I clicked it. I was happy to hear it wasn't "just another one of those whiney indie-rock bands." All their songs (at least on this album) are distinctively varied. I suggest "Vegas Baby," but they're all fairly good. THIS ONE DESERVES A PICK FOR SURE. *Hinthint, eMusic staff!*
