This album has been undervalued by the preceding reviewers. Songs 1,3 and 6 have been on steady rotation in my collection for over 5 years. As a dj I am constantly sourcing new/fresh and emusic has given me some of the most prized and original jewels in my sets. Not to mention its f***ing free!

I agree with the review saying that track #3 is too heavy; other than that, this sampler is something that you really want to get. It is very soft, mellow, and acoustic, so if you are looking for something hard or fast, this sampler is not for you. Everybody else, you need this sampler. This is NOT boring music. (Also, it's free!)
If you listen to bad sounds you eventually start to have bad taste... just because something is different does not make it good.2 is ok but it's sounding like frontier ruckus
I can't really tell if I liked this or not - I couldn't really hear it over the sound of my snoring. I listened to track 3 first, because a previous reviewer said it was too heavy for his/her tastes -- It put me out faster than Nyquil.
I like 6 of the 7, Mohawk Lodge was a bit too heavy for my taste, but the others are upbeat and worth a listen. Reminds me of the Shins or Winterpills or Sufjan Stevens.
If you like boring music, youll love this.
all except for tracks 3 and 6 are awesome. i agree in that I feel guilty for downloading these free.
All a bit bland and predictable except Prairie train,w hich has a certain charm that will repeat and repeat in my ears!
I only downloaded one- Airways, Track #5. Good stuff there. The rest is ok, but not worth saving on my computer to listen to later. Just my two cents.
