I don't care why they chose their name, nor do I care to assume anything about it. I think it actually puts more pressure on the music when the name of the band isn't readily said out loud in polite company. You know what, these guys deliver with the real goods. Sounds like a cross between M83 and Sunroof. I love these guys.
Any time I see an act with a purposely-profane name, I'm pretty sure that act will suck. The name is a deliberate grab for attention in name only. It's a pretty reliable bet that the music, or act, will be severely lacking in talent and originality. So far, the postulate has proven true. Especially for acts with everyone's favorite four-letter word
