Loving this
These guys are great. The problem I'm having with the music industry at the moment is that I hear one decent track on the radio and buy an album, but that's all you get. One track. Repeated. 12 times. I heard Evil Dead on you tube and thought it was nice, catchy, slightly anthemic with some really great lyrics, so I downloaded this thinking I'd get the same thing three times. Nope. Slasher Horror couldn't be further from that, it rocks along with some really interesting timing changes, almost like a more commercial version of the Cardiacs. Nice. Oh You is another suprise. What starts as a seemingly poptasticular offering degenerates into an original guitar mess with overtones of something I can't quite put my finger on. Great track. In short, the reason you haven't heard of these guys is probably because the record industry doesn't consider them anodyne enough to sign, it's certainly not for a lack of talent.
