Fun, well-written, inventive folk!

This is a FANTASTIC album. I am so glad I stumbled across them. I can't wait for them to make it over to the East Coast someday for a show. "The Devil and the Desert" is really moving. "Drinking Song of a Germinating Seed" is truly inventive and impossible not to enjoy. But honestly, they're all good songs.

I have been waiting for Jayber Crow to show up for more than a year, and trust me, it's worth the wait. Incredible harmonies and energetic strumming...makes you want to share the same back porch with them and let them solve all your life's problems with just a song. You'll be hard pressed to keep your foot from tapping and singing along. Stunning stuff.
