ouch. riviting, spell binding, mesmarizing. never having heard of this album or either one of these tracks before. Cotton Crown/PCH I wrote this review before I had heard the ending to cotton crown? I am drawn to this band like a fish to water. There music is tantalizing good, and is best absorbed in small doses. Which fits my overall review of the album, Short but Sweet or is that painful I forget.

So great to see this pop up on eMusic! These 2 live tracks from 6/4/87 were released as a 7" single thru the bands own Sonic Death fanclub. Both versions are AMAZING performances.[muchlikethelivealbu-msfoundhere] Here's to hoping they continue to digitally reissue all the rest of the OOP fanclub releases.

They do one thing and they do it very well: loud, dense, atonal art-rock that's fused with tight guitar hooks and hummable melodies - even though none of the singers have proper singing chops and they've rarely played in standard guitar tunings. But… more »
