I've been a SP fan for years and ohGr has my interest as well. His music is energetic, refreshing and, I think, some of the most interesting around, I certainly enjoy it and I appreciate his obvious dedication. I would also be very interested in listening to and supporting work by anyone who thinks they can do better.

the one thing you can count on from ogre is surprise. In a departure from his move toward some version of pop Mr. Ogre has decided to out skinnypuppy skinnypuppy. This album is so dark and so twisted. In a good way? Yes but not every song is as good as old material SP and Ogre. However he is the consummate dark intellectual genius and there are some true gems here and a right good (horrific) feel. Definitely worth the download if your not afraid of the dark.

The production quality on this release is terrible! Muddy drums, boring synth sounds, buried vocals, cheesy songwriting. This might be the worst thing OhGr has ever done. Disappointing and annoying.
