Several Gems

jfowler3333

In all this is a great album with several gems that really stand out as masterpieces. Sings like Iron and Wine, with the sadness of Elliot Smith. 'Find me to Forgive' is haunting and yet beautiful at the same time. 'Further From You' and 'If You Would Come Back Home' are equally wonderful. The only knock on the album are the sometimes repetitive songs such as 'Goodmorning' The album will lull you into a mellow coma that is awakened when you feel you've been listening to the same verse on repeat.

must have album

Lenslad

this is one of those albums that lingers and resonates, if you enjoy the voicings and contemplative qualities of the music of Sufjan Stevens, Elliot Smith and Jason Molina of Ohia you'll really enjoy this album

William Fitzsimmons in a new artist to me, and I can't stop listening to him. His style is reason enough to stop and listen, but it is his voice and words that hook you. An incredible artist that is nothing short of wonderful.

This is good to listen to all the way through a couple of times, but only a few songs stick. Track 2, 4, and 5 specifically.

sometimes you have to dig around in the pile worthless music to fine a pearl. track 4 is a treat. Stop what your doing, get a glass a wine, put the headphones on and really listen.
