Love this collection of modern prog. Cusick is new on my list of favorite artists, and worth a listen for anyone looking for depth in their music.

Fantastic!
Inventive, deep, powerful - this work runs the gamut. From introspective creations like Fade Away to the driving rock of tracks like Soul Words, this is one solid effort! I'm a big fan of artists like Porcupine Tree, and I'm very glad that eMusic led me to this artist. Paul Cusick does not dissapoiont!

Definite Porky Tree/Steve Wilson vibe. Dark, atmospheric music. Very enjoyable.
A must have for any rock/prog fan
Prog is bigger than ever and you won't find a better exponent of the craft than Paul Cusick. Focal Point is demonstration that musical artistry is alive and well in this country. You can hear influences from Porcupine Tree, David Gilmour, Dream Theatre, Muse and all the better for it. This is a highly individual album from a talented artist and I highly recommend it to all Prog and rock lovers out there.

this is a must buy cd for all fans of porcupine tree,early genesis,steven wilson and all that is good in prog rock.wish i could single out one good track but thats just impossible. Probably the first flawless cd i've listened to in a long time. A worthy 10 /10 for this outstanding cd .make life easy and just buy it and make your own mind up..
