a true classic album. This album re established nas as one of the best emcees to date especially to those of us that believed he lost his hunger and focus as a true rap artist. This work may rival the "Illmatic " album as his best work to date. A must have for any true school enthusiast.
This album was dope.
This is a good not great album. I know most Nas fans consider this to be a classic, but I do not consider this to be a consistent album. There are some really good songs (tracks 1-3,7,8,13). The rest of the songs sound like not much effort was put into it; the production is average at best and at times Nas just sounds disinterested. Unless you are a diehard fan who wants every song Nas creates, I would suggest just downloading the good songs.
Likely Nas's second best album. Just as good as "Illmatic", but it still remains his best since then.
