AMAZING!

EMUSIC-Sebastian

Randy Rhoads was the one if not the best guitarist ever! There is no way you could not rate this 5 stars. Anyone who's a real Ozzy fan or was around during the Randy years knows this. He simply was a brillant star that died out much much too soon. I only wonder he would be doing today. I'm quite sadden by the fact that Sharon/Ozzy & what other powers that be decided for "financial" reasons to cut the original musicians Daisley & Kerslake out of the royalties on the recordings of the 1st two LP's. A REAL SHAME and DISHONOR and NOT on the level. Randy will live on forever. Enjoy

This live double album, released five years after Randy Rhoads’ death, showcases a hard rock guitarist whose all-around ability was arguably second only to Eddie Van Halen. Osbourne leads his best band lineup through the entire Blizzard repertoire, plus a few Diary and Sabbath numbers. Of special note are Rhoads’ unaccompanied solos, leaving no doubts about his virtuosity, and the studio outtakes of his short solo piece, “Dee.” Rhoads’ entire output is absolutely essential for guitar freaks, but he sounds even better live than in the studio. – Steve Huey
